Dive window
For divers
Bigger pieces rarely make it to the beach. They stay in the troughs between sandbars. The dive window shows the hours when the sea has calmed after a storm that stirred up the seabed.
How to read the index
The 0–100 index combines sea conditions with how much amber a beach usually gets. It peaks a few hours after the storm, as the waves start to drop.
Sopot and the Vistula Spit face different directions, so they react to different storms. One storm gives different results on different beaches.

Do not miss the next window
The best windows last a few hours: after a storm, after rain, on a clear night with an active Sun. Sign up and we will email you when the index at your spots goes above 60.
