See the pre-saleWhere to watch
Visit the enclosure in daytime, and look for wild eagles in the morning from viewpoints over the lagoon and the lakes. In winter watch the ice and the water at the ice edge, where eagles hunt. Bring binoculars or a telescope, because the birds sit far away.
What you can see
white-tailed eagle, European bison, red deer
Best time: November to February, morning
Rules
In the park you walk only on marked trails (Article 15 of the Nature Conservation Act). The white-tailed eagle is strictly protected, and nest protection zones are set around nests, which you do not enter. Do not feed the animals in the enclosure and do not climb the fence.
About the place
The white-tailed eagle is the emblem of Wolin National Park. In winter it is easier to see over the Szczecin Lagoon and the island's lakes, because birds from the north arrive. On the edge of Międzyzdroje the park runs a European Bison Show Enclosure.
