Rules
We found no ban on collecting glass on this beach. Much of the island is former Navy land, now Vieques National Wildlife Refuge, where unexploded ordnance may remain; only use open, signposted beaches.
About the beach
Playa Cofi, known as Seaglass Beach, is on the north shore of Vieques, near Isabel Segunda. Local artisans collect sea glass here for jewellery.
