About the forest
The Ultzama valley in Navarre has a regulated mushroom park (Parque Micológico) covering the forests of several municipalities. Damp beech and oak woods north of Pamplona give boletes in autumn and St George's mushrooms in spring. Picking here is controlled and paid.
